My SMC7204BRA is screwed (the switch/bridge works but there is no
communication with the router, not even by ping) - I think because, when
trying to do a factory default reset after lending the box to a friend, I
may have held the reset button down for too long and thereby possibly
cleared the flash memory.

I have found instructions on how to reflash (at
http://www.pds.ewi.tudelft.nl/~ivaylo/projects/SMC7204BRA.html) but this
doesn't include anything on how to open the box! I guess this is done
either by removing the soft placky feet and undoing 4 screws that may be
hidden under the feet or by unclipping the top half from the bottom by
pressing at a strategic point on the side of the box.

Before I try digging the feet out looking for screws, does anyone know?
