|
|
Folks, I have a wee question regarding file naming and folder locations
using sony ericsson Media Manager software.
I have an album which I put on the phone (K850i) using the software. Now
bacause there are various contributing artists, instead of this appearing as
one artist in the phone, it appears as three. Looking at the files on the pc
with windows explorer, I can't see any way to modify the Artist info. I also
don't see any way of doing this via Media Manager.
Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this? It's not exactly a major
problem, just means I have to create a playlist to listen to the entire
album, instead of selecting Artist.
Cheers

Windows XP allows you to modify the tags, but it's far easier to use a
proper tagging program like "tag and rename".

Select it to play using "album" not "artist"

That doesn't work because it has listed the tunes according to srtist/album
somehow. it makes it appear there are three albums.
Anyway, I have now resolved it by modifying through the windows media lookup
function and editing some info. cheers for the help,
Ainslie |
